Privacy Policy

Plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and how to control it. A full legal version is being prepared; until then this summary applies.

Data you provide

• Email address and full name (from sign-up)
• Password (hashed by Supabase Auth, never stored in cleartext)
• Call outcomes and notes (used for AI summary feedback)
• Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer ID, subscription ID)

Data we collect about leads

Publicly-listed business information aggregated from public business directories: business name, phone, website, ratings, reviews, address, and owner name where publicly visible. We do not collect personal data about consumers.

How we use it

• Operate the service (show your leads, generate scripts, log your calls)
• Bill you via Stripe
• Send transactional email (sign-up confirmation, password resets)
• Generate AI summaries of your call history (data is sent to Google Gemini; we do not use it to train models)

Third parties

We use Supabase (auth + database), Stripe (billing), Redis (caching), and Google Gemini (AI). Each gets only the data required to do its job.

Your controls

• Export your leads and call logs as CSV from the dashboard
• Delete individual leads or your entire account
• Cancel subscriptions from the billing portal
• Email support to request a full data export or account deletion
