Terms of Service

By creating an account and using SmokeLeads you agree to the terms below. This is a plain-language summary of how the service works and what we ask of you. A full legal version is being prepared; until then these summary terms apply.

1. Account and credits

You get 50 credits on sign-up. You can buy credit packs or subscribe to a monthly plan. Credits never expire. Monthly plan credits refill every billing cycle; any rollover credits add to your balance.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use SmokeLeads to harvest data on behalf of someone else, abuse third-party services, harass recipients of the scripts you generate, or build spam-dialer pipelines. If we see these patterns we may suspend your account.

3. Data we collect

Business contact details (names, phone numbers, website URLs, ratings, reviews) come from public business directories. We store your call outcomes and notes so the AI summary feature can give you useful feedback. See the Privacy Policy for specifics.

4. Billing

Subscriptions and credit-pack purchases are processed by Stripe. You can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method anytime from the billing portal on your dashboard. All sales are final, but if something obvious breaks on our end we'll refund the unused credits.

5. No warranties

The service is provided as-is. We can't guarantee that upstream data sources will stay available, that the AI-generated scripts will be perfect, or that a given lead will answer the phone. Use your judgment on every call.
